It all started back in 1995 when Stefan van den Berg bought his first four-track recorder. One year later the first Mummy's a tree demo was born. Three musicians joined Stefan and in 2000 Mummy's a tree released their first album "Strange darling". In 2001 Mummy's a tree the storie seems to end for mummy's a tree. But not for Stefan who kept on experimenting with new musical styles. 2005: The official rebirth of mummy's a tree celibrated with a brand new album "Loftmusic for millions yet unaware", followed by the single "I'm dancing in the light that my baby spreads", released by Dying Giraffe. Mummy's a tree now consist of Stefan on guitar/vocals and Frank Antonie on percussion drums.
